Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $400; three-bedroom bonds $520. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $600 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $420 and $600 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Counts this small swing easily from year to year and should not be read as a trend on their own. Property offences: 1. Violent-related offences: 2. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026.
