New rental bonds in that postcode had a median weekly rent of $480 in 2025, up 6.7% from $450 in 2024. That is about 31% below the NSW median of $695. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Tomki recorded 7 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $520 a week and flats/units at $350. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $368; three-bedroom bonds $500. One-bedroom bonds sat at $250 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $580 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $378 and $550 a week. Fair Trading recorded 304 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $370 to $480 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Counts this small swing easily from year to year and should not be read as a trend on their own. Property offences: 4. Violent-related offences: 1. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
