Texas is a NSW suburb. No Fair Trading postcode could be matched to this suburb name, so this page does not quote local rents. Texas recorded 0 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. A zero count can mean a very small residential footprint or no incidents coded to this suburb name. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026. Some person-offence categories are not itemised here because suburb geography under-counts them. Do not rank this suburb as more or less dangerous from the raw incident total. Until population is joined, a high count can simply mean more people, more visitors, or more policing. Source: NSW Bureau of Crime Statistics and Research, Apr 2025 – Mar 2026. Read the charts as a snapshot of new leases and recorded incidents, not a live listing feed or a ranking of how safe a suburb is. A useful reading is to hold property and violent-related incidents in one hand and the postcode rent median in the other, without forcing them into a single score. Quiet suburbs and thin rental markets are still part of the NSW picture; the honest version of those pages is short on drama and clear about missing medians. If you are comparing two suburbs, compare the same series — rent to rent, incidents to incidents — and keep the geography warning in view.
