Tarrawanna recorded 58 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 4.9% from 61 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $700 a week and flats/units at $520. Townhouse bonds sat at $700 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $550; three-bedroom bonds $750. One-bedroom bonds sat at $405 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $950 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $500 and $750 a week. Fair Trading recorded 588 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $475 to $620 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 17 and violent-related offences 17. Against justice procedures made up the largest published share (10 incidents, 17%). Next was Assault (9). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
