These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $1,665 a week and flats/units at $990. Townhouse bonds sat at $1,445 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $1,050; three-bedroom bonds $1,650. One-bedroom bonds sat at $800 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $2,598 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $850 and $1,320 a week. Fair Trading recorded 2,910 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $700 to $1,000 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 20 and violent-related offences 18. Theft made up the largest published share (18 incidents, 34%). Next was Assault (8). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
