Half of new bonds sat between $520 and $750 a week. Fair Trading recorded 1,813 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $480 to $650 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Counts this small swing easily from year to year and should not be read as a trend on their own. Property offences: 0. Violent-related offences: 1. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
