Half of new bonds sat between $480 and $630 a week. Fair Trading recorded 1,337 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $450 to $550 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 88 and violent-related offences 106. Theft made up the largest published share (59 incidents, 24%). Next was Assault (54). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
