Half of new bonds sat between $550 and $700 a week. Fair Trading recorded 1,062 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $430 to $615 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 731 and violent-related offences 389. Theft made up the largest published share (603 incidents, 41%). Next was Assault (177). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
