Sancrox recorded 30 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 21.1% from 38 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $595 a week and flats/units at $380. Townhouse bonds sat at $520 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $460; three-bedroom bonds $575. One-bedroom bonds sat at $350 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $680 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $450 and $650 a week. Fair Trading recorded 272 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $450 to $548 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 5 and violent-related offences 8. Other offences made up the largest published share (12 incidents, 40%). Next was Assault (4). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
