Royalla recorded 21 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 41.7% from 36 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $700 a week and flats/units at $420. Townhouse bonds sat at $600 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $480; three-bedroom bonds $650. One-bedroom bonds sat at $360 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $800 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $430 and $688 a week. Fair Trading recorded 1,587 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $425 to $555 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 3 and violent-related offences 13. Intimidation, stalking and harassment made up the largest published share (6 incidents, 29%). Next was Assault (6). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
