These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $700 a week and flats/units at $500. Townhouse bonds sat at $650 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $500; three-bedroom bonds $650. One-bedroom bonds sat at $400 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $800 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $530 and $750 a week. Fair Trading recorded 251 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $540 to $650 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Counts this small swing easily from year to year and should not be read as a trend on their own. Property offences: 5. Violent-related offences: 0. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
