Premer is a NSW suburb in Warrumbungle LGA, matched to postcode 2381 — also covering Breeza, Curlewis, Nea and nearby localities. New rental bonds in that postcode had a median weekly rent of $445 in 2025, up 14.1% from $390 in 2024. That is about 36% below the NSW median of $695. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Premer recorded 27 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $445 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $390 and $468 a week. Fair Trading recorded 16 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $330 to $445 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 14 and violent-related offences 5. Theft made up the largest published share (12 incidents, 44%). Next was Drug offences (4). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026. Some person-offence categories are not itemised here because suburb geography under-counts them.
