Perisher Valley is a NSW suburb. No Fair Trading postcode could be matched to this suburb name, so this page does not quote local rents. Perisher Valley recorded 8 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. Counts this small swing easily from year to year and should not be read as a trend on their own. Property offences: 3. Violent-related offences: 0. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026. Some person-offence categories are not itemised here because suburb geography under-counts them. Do not rank this suburb as more or less dangerous from the raw incident total. Until population is joined, a high count can simply mean more people, more visitors, or more policing. Source: NSW Bureau of Crime Statistics and Research, Apr 2025 – Mar 2026. Read the charts as a snapshot of new leases and recorded incidents, not a live listing feed or a ranking of how safe a suburb is. A useful reading is to hold property and violent-related incidents in one hand and the postcode rent median in the other, without forcing them into a single score. Quiet suburbs and thin rental markets are still part of the NSW picture; the honest version of those pages is short on drama and clear about missing medians.
