These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $780 a week and flats/units at $572. Townhouse bonds sat at $820 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $600; three-bedroom bonds $720. One-bedroom bonds sat at $420 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $950 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $600 and $900 a week. Fair Trading recorded 501 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $478 to $700 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 61 and violent-related offences 32. Theft made up the largest published share (49 incidents, 37%). Next was Against justice procedures (20). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
