Half of new bonds sat between $260 and $420 a week. Fair Trading recorded 37 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $250 to $335 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. A zero count can mean a very small residential footprint or no incidents coded to this suburb name. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026. Some person-offence categories are not itemised here because suburb geography under-counts them. Do not rank this suburb as more or less dangerous from the raw incident total.
