Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 310 and violent-related offences 97. Theft made up the largest published share (260 incidents, 43%). Next was Transport regulatory offences (97). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
