Half of new bonds sat between $572 and $800 a week. Fair Trading recorded 403 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $505 to $675 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 64 and violent-related offences 50. Theft made up the largest published share (53 incidents, 35%). Next was Assault (31). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
