Fair Trading recorded 72 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $430 to $500 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Counts this small swing easily from year to year and should not be read as a trend on their own. Property offences: 2. Violent-related offences: 0. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026.
