Townhouse bonds sat at $490 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $400; three-bedroom bonds $490. One-bedroom bonds sat at $330 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $580 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Counts this small swing easily from year to year and should not be read as a trend on their own. Property offences: 1. Violent-related offences: 1.
