Townhouse bonds sat at $510 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $400; three-bedroom bonds $495. One-bedroom bonds sat at $244 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $575 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $380 and $550 a week. Fair Trading recorded 996 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $370 to $470 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Counts this small swing easily from year to year and should not be read as a trend on their own. Property offences: 3. Violent-related offences: 1. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
