These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $652 a week and flats/units at $385. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 20 and violent-related offences 11. Theft made up the largest published share (15 incidents, 40%). Next was Assault (6). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
