Mollymook recorded 35 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 10.3% from 39 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $575 a week and flats/units at $450. Townhouse bonds sat at $545 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $477; three-bedroom bonds $575. One-bedroom bonds sat at $385 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $650 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $490 and $650 a week. Fair Trading recorded 496 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $450 to $560 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 14 and violent-related offences 9. Theft made up the largest published share (9 incidents, 26%). Next was Assault (5). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
