These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $420 a week and flats/units at $340. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $340; three-bedroom bonds $420. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $480 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $340 and $450 a week. Fair Trading recorded 278 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $300 to $400 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 11 and violent-related offences 3. Theft made up the largest published share (10 incidents, 48%). Next was Assault (3). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026.
