Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. McGraths Hill recorded 79 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 4.8% from 83 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $680 a week and flats/units at $455. Townhouse bonds sat at $550 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $500; three-bedroom bonds $650. One-bedroom bonds sat at $345 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $760 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $510 and $750 a week. Fair Trading recorded 673 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $450 to $650 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 34 and violent-related offences 30. Theft made up the largest published share (26 incidents, 33%). Next was Assault (16). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
