Manildra is a NSW suburb in Cabonne LGA, matched to postcode 2865 — also covering Bocobra, Gumble. New rental bonds in that postcode had a median weekly rent of $400 in 2025. That is about 42% below the NSW median of $695. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Manildra recorded 29 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 25.6% from 39 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $425 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $330 and $450 a week. Fair Trading recorded 13 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $355 to $400 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 16 and violent-related offences 6. Theft made up the largest published share (11 incidents, 38%). Next was Malicious damage to property (5). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026. Some person-offence categories are not itemised here because suburb geography under-counts them. Do not rank this suburb as more or less dangerous from the raw incident total.
