Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Longueville recorded 40 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 32.2% from 59 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $1,245 a week and flats/units at $720. Townhouse bonds sat at $1,100 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $750; three-bedroom bonds $1,100. One-bedroom bonds sat at $670 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $1,500 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $660 and $900 a week. Fair Trading recorded 1,585 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $512 to $750 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 29 and violent-related offences 8. Theft made up the largest published share (29 incidents, 72%). Next was Assault (4). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
