These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $480 a week and flats/units at $415. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 33 and violent-related offences 40. Theft made up the largest published share (24 incidents, 25%). Next was Assault (22). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
