Jerilderie is a NSW suburb in Edward River LGA, matched to postcode 2716 — also covering Coree South, Four Corners, Gala Vale and nearby localities. New rental bonds in that postcode had a median weekly rent of $275 in 2025, up 3.8% from $265 in 2024. That is about 60% below the NSW median of $695. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Jerilderie recorded 49 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 47.3% from 93 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $375 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $180 and $400 a week. Fair Trading recorded 20 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $195 to $275 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 26 and violent-related offences 12. Theft made up the largest published share (16 incidents, 33%). Next was Assault (6). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026. Some person-offence categories are not itemised here because suburb geography under-counts them.
