Hermitage Flat recorded 20 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 13.0% from 23 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $450 a week and flats/units at $302. Townhouse bonds sat at $440 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $370; three-bedroom bonds $450. One-bedroom bonds sat at $270 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $600 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $370 and $500 a week. Fair Trading recorded 414 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $320 to $435 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 5 and violent-related offences 12. Assault made up the largest published share (10 incidents, 50%). Next was Theft (4). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
