Gumly Gumly is a NSW suburb in Griffith LGA, matched to postcode 2652 — also covering Boorga, Boree Creek, Cowabbie and nearby localities. New rental bonds in that postcode had a median weekly rent of $380 in 2025, down 5.0% from $400 in 2024. That is about 45% below the NSW median of $695. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Gumly Gumly recorded 48 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 27.3% from 66 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $382 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $500 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $350 and $450 a week. Fair Trading recorded 51 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $310 to $380 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 22 and violent-related offences 5. Theft made up the largest published share (13 incidents, 27%). Next was Prohibited and regulated weapons offences (9). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026.
