Fair Trading recorded 120 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $330 to $450 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. A zero count can mean a very small residential footprint or no incidents coded to this suburb name. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026.
