Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 124 and violent-related offences 158. Theft made up the largest published share (93 incidents, 26%). Next was Assault (84). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
