Cumborah recorded 43 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, up 115.0% from 20 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $320 a week and flats/units at $250. Half of new bonds sat between $250 and $310 a week. Fair Trading recorded 31 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $210 to $270 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 10 and violent-related offences 19. Theft made up the largest published share (9 incidents, 21%). Next was Against justice procedures (8). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026.
