Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Condong recorded 30 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $720 a week and flats/units at $450. Townhouse bonds sat at $625 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $500; three-bedroom bonds $690. One-bedroom bonds sat at $410 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $835 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $450 and $790 a week. Fair Trading recorded 327 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $495 to $620 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 5 and violent-related offences 7. Liquor offences made up the largest published share (7 incidents, 23%). Next was Assault (5). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
