Concord is a NSW suburb in Canada Bay LGA, matched to postcode 2137 — also covering Breakfast Point, Cabarita, Mortlake and nearby localities. New rental bonds in that postcode had a median weekly rent of $800 in 2025, up 1.3% from $790 in 2024. That is about 15% above the NSW median of $695. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Concord recorded 497 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, up 9.0% from 456 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $995 a week and flats/units at $750. Townhouse bonds sat at $1,000 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $770; three-bedroom bonds $990. One-bedroom bonds sat at $660 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $1,250 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $680 and $980 a week. Fair Trading recorded 994 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $550 to $800 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 258 and violent-related offences 137. Theft made up the largest published share (217 incidents, 44%). Next was Assault (65). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
