Bungendore recorded 148 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 32.1% from 218 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $700 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $500; three-bedroom bonds $630. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $838 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $539 and $862 a week. Fair Trading recorded 104 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $550 to $675 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 72 and violent-related offences 36. Theft made up the largest published share (47 incidents, 32%). Next was Malicious damage to property (23). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026.
