Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 132 and violent-related offences 111. Theft made up the largest published share (84 incidents, 23%). Next was Assault (57). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
