Bodalla is a NSW suburb in Eurobodalla LGA, matched to postcode 2545 — also covering Belowra, Cadgee, Eurobodalla and nearby localities. New rental bonds in that postcode had a median weekly rent of $460 in 2025. That is about 34% below the NSW median of $695. Bond medians describe new lodgements with Fair Trading, not every current lease in the suburb. Bodalla recorded 57 criminal incidents in the 12 months to March 2026, down 17.4% from 69 a year earlier. These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $480 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $398 and $500 a week. Fair Trading recorded 23 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $330 to $460 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 22 and violent-related offences 18. Theft made up the largest published share (13 incidents, 23%). Next was Assault (8). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode. The two windows are not identical: rents are calendar year, recorded crime is the 12 months to March 2026. Some person-offence categories are not itemised here because suburb geography under-counts them.
