These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $500 a week and flats/units at $400. Townhouse bonds sat at $462 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $380; three-bedroom bonds $500. One-bedroom bonds sat at $280 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $590 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $400 and $550 a week. Fair Trading recorded 693 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $360 to $470 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 8 and violent-related offences 6. Theft made up the largest published share (7 incidents, 32%). Next was Against justice procedures (6). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
