These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $750 a week and flats/units at $750. Half of new bonds sat between $640 and $825 a week. Fair Trading recorded 2,047 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $480 to $750 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 137 and violent-related offences 90. Theft made up the largest published share (106 incidents, 38%). Next was Assault (48). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
