These are police-recorded incidents, not convictions, and they are not adjusted for how many people live or visit here. House bonds typically leased at $595 a week and flats/units at $380. Half of new bonds sat between $450 and $650 a week. Fair Trading recorded 272 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $450 to $548 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Property offences totalled 7 and violent-related offences 19. Intimidation, stalking and harassment made up the largest published share (6 incidents, 15%). Next was Assault (6). The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
