Townhouse bonds sat at $565 a week. Two-bedroom bonds had a median of $450; three-bedroom bonds $570. One-bedroom bonds sat at $340 a week. Four-bedroom bonds sat at $680 a week. Half of new bonds sat between $500 and $674 a week. Fair Trading recorded 858 new bonds in the postcode in 2025. Over 2021–2025 the postcode median moved from $450 to $580 a week. Because several suburbs share the postcode, the rent charts are a postcode picture, not a street-level one. Counts this small swing easily from year to year and should not be read as a trend on their own. Property offences: 3. Violent-related offences: 0. The crime series is coded to this suburb name; the rent series, where shown, is the whole postcode.
