Postcode 2625 covers one NSW suburb, Thredbo. Most of its addresses fall in Snowy Monaro LGA. Fewer than 10 new bonds with a known rent were lodged here in 2025, so no rent median is given. Police recorded 35 criminal incidents in postcode 2625 in the 12 months to December 2025, against 26 the year before. That is a count, not a rate: it is not adjusted for residents or visitors, and a busy centre or transport hub can account for much of it.
