Lived here nearly 10 years. Awesome location close to public transit, great neighbourhood with fantastic amenity. Narrow city views from the bedrooms. Great little 1.5 bedder for a single occupant, single parent and child, or quiet young couple. I say "1.5" because the second bedroom is a little small and could better be used as an office. Secure garage with laundry facilities is good, but line dry in the garage is not so great as there's dust and no breeze. Invest in a rack for the balcony. Bathroom is a small shower only and no extraction fan, and really had to get some mould out at one point. After every shower had to use a small box fan to ventilate. Leafy location, but on the corner of two busy thoroughfares so expect traffic. Air-con is good in the living room, but it doesn't penetrate well to the bedrooms, so again had to use a fan to blow the cool air in. Balcony is reasonably size and the nice big tree out the front attracts native wildlife which are nice to watch. Kitchen is definitely fine. Landlord was good to deal with. Place went through so many agents that I can't review them.
