Neat Property. Doesn't have gardeners therefore the shared outdoor area is the responsibility for whoever want to keep it tidy. Bathroom is Tiny, standing space of 1 x 1M Quiet street. Street parking is hard to find before 8AM and after 4PM Laundry area is small although only used by you. No storage, ie. linen or outdoor storage.
